Role:
Proactively engage and provide guidance and ensure early engagement on strategy and execution of initiatives.
A trusted advisor and go-to person for internal and external stakeholders on Franchise domain.
Support stakeholders on matters related to payments fraud management, gaining an understanding of the customer's fraud prevention monitoring procedures and providing best practices.
Develop and deliver training materials and solution-based sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
Be a strong collaborator with Account and Product teams to enable new opportunities in core and commercial businesses, multi-rail flows, and new customer segments that go to Extending the Franchise.
Provide thought leadership, drive resolutions and delivery of initiatives through cross functional engagements at Country, Regional, and Global levels.
Partner with Business Development, Product, Account Teams, Regulatory/Legal, Customer Risk, AML, Customer Delivery to create and implement solutions for strategic initiatives.
Ensure a risk-based approach for Customer engagements and business initiatives.
Be well-versed with the regulatory landscape.
Identify process efficiencies as well as improvement using automation and simplification technology.
Participate in Country Management and/or Business meetings; communicate regional strategies, initiatives, and best practices.

Possess a business, risk/fraud management, compliance, or finance degree with relevant fraud and/or banking experience.
Expert in data capture, analysis, and presentation; ability to create Power BI interactive dashboards and reports to connect data sources, clean and transform raw information, and communicate findings to leadership.
