Greenlight Guru is seeking an analytically sharp, hands-on FP&A leader to partner directly with the CFO. This role is critical in improving our financial data infrastructure and delivering actionable insights that support our growth trajectory as a PE-backed SaaS company.
The Role
You'll be responsible for creating clean, reliable financial reporting and analysis from data across multiple systems (NetSuite, Vena, Salesforce, Maxio). You'll work iteratively with the CFO to architect reporting solutions, maintain delivery schedules, and provide the data-driven foundation for strategic planning, M&A evaluation, and potential exit scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and iterate on financial reports and analyses collaboratively with the CFO, translating strategic vision into executable analytics
• Extract, organize, and maintain financial and operational data from NetSuite, Venna, Salesforce, and Maxio, creating reliable data pipelines
• Produce presentation-ready outputs including charts, graphs, and tables for board meetings and leadership reviews
• Own the forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes with consistent delivery on schedule
• Manage and analyze large datasets and improve processes going forward
• Track and report on core SaaS metrics including ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, cost to serve, and other KPIs specific to B2B annual contract SaaS businesses
• Improve ARR rollup processes currently dependent on Excel
• Support M&A due diligence and sell-side transaction preparation, working closely with PE sponsors and advisors
What We're Looking For
• 6-10 years of FP&A experience with a proven track record of increasingly complex responsibilities
• Strong working knowledge of B2B SaaS business models and metrics, particularly for annual contract businesses
• Demonstrated ability to work with challenging data
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large datasets
• Experience with financial systems; familiarity with NetSuite, Vena, Salesforce, or Maxio a plus
• Prior support of a CFO through a sell-side transaction or M&A process
• Experience at a private equity-owned software company preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Someone ready to step up a level who has a strong track record and growth trajectory
