The Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you will work closely with senior business leaders to help drive strategic decision-making through financial analysis, planning, and business partnership. Our team operates within a broader Asset Management Finance organization with a specific focus on the High Income and Alts, Asset Allocation, and Digital Asset Management business divisions. Using your financial expertise, you will deliver actionable insights to help divisions better understand business performance, find opportunities, and make informed decisions that support growth and operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to influence some of the firm's most exciting and constantly evolving product areas, including Private Credit, Liquid Alternatives, and Digital Assets.


The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  •  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent training
  • 8 plus years of relevant work experience; people-management experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI a plus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Proven communication skills and confidence coordinating across various levels within the organization
  • Ability to coordinate and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of associates to drive value for our business partners
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to ask questions in a variety of settings

The Team

 While our team directly supports the 3 divisions outlined above, we are part of a larger line finance group with adjacent teams that perform similar functions for different Asset Management divisions. Our smaller team works collaboratively with one another while working with other groups across various initiatives and programs.

The divisions that we support are at the forefront of the investment frontier with continuous product development in emerging asset classes including cryptocurrency and alternatives. This results in a dynamic work environment with opportunities to learn new business concepts while also gaining exposure to senior leadership.

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$222,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
