Position Title: Director of Enterprise Sales

Position Overview
Our Director of Enterprise Sales will lead and expand Enterprise segment of 400 customers. This role involves driving sales strategies, managing the full sales lifecycle for enterprise accounts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in our customer base. As our new Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the Enterprise sales team, driving growth through new use cases, collaborating cross functionally and expanding our market share within the Enterprise segment. This role requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of technology, exceptional sales acumen, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and Develop Sales Team: Lead, train and inspire Quickbase’s Enterprise Sales team (8 Account Executives), fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, accountability, and collaboration.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Enterprise segment, contributing to the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
· Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts to generate revenue with current customers. Experience engaging with C-level executives to align SaaS products with corporate initiatives.
· Sales Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects; negotiating and closing agreements; and ensuring customer satisfaction.
· Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and win rates to drive continuous improvement and overachieve sales targets.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Development, Solution Consultants, Product Development, and Enablement, to ensure brand consistency and the continual development of tools to aid the team in achieving goals.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of software sales experience, with a proven track record of identifying and closing deals.
· Experience in a sales leadership role with the ability to develop high-performing teams and effective sales processes.
· Extensive knowledge of enterprise SaaS models, practices and metrics.
· Ability to maintain C-level relationships and work with a cross-functional teams.
· Experience selling subscriptions to large, Enterprise organizations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and influencing skills.
· Willingness to travel (25% - 50%) to Quickbase offices, customers, and other locations as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of low code/no code technology trends and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
