About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and passionate Creative Director to align and lead multi-platform marketing campaigns and creative content across B2B and B2C. You will develop and support the Voice & Copy team to create big idea-driven creative - the ability to take on the large and the small is critical. This role will require a variety of working models, including creating large scale, internally led campaigns as well as directing agencies, freelancers and production partners. The role demands great strategic thinking, flawless execution, bold innovation, passion, and optimism. The ideal candidate has deep experience in leading and creating work for B2B and B2C audiences and has a solid understanding of the nuances of communicating with both. This individual ideally has experience on both the agency and brand-side, with 5+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged, strategic, and visionary creative to make a massive impact.

What You'll Do:

Build and lead a high-performing team with a strong culture 

  • Lead the development of a Voice & Copy practice at GoodRx and all subsequent workstreams. 

  • Actively oversee, lead and build out a team of strategic and craft-focused creatives by hiring the best talent in the industry, mentoring them, and developing their skills.

  • Roll up your sleeves and get into the details when needed, while also knowing when to lead and when to help.

Bring the updated GoodRx brand strategy to life in a consistent, compelling, and consumer-first manner 

  • Help establish and ensure that GoodRx’s voice and tone is successfully implemented across projects, helping to maintain consistency across all channels.

  • Lead branding, brand voice, copy guideline development, and campaign development as GoodRx refreshes its brand 

  • Ideate new campaigns, initiatives, and ways of working to put the GoodRx brand on the map 

  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer target’s mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors to inform strong empathetic and strategic executions.

Elevate creative output and position GoodRx firmly in popular culture 

  • Develop breakthrough creative that aligns with our brand strategy and brings it to life for various audiences. 

  • Take ownership of content development across video, digital, print, packaging and social for a variety of audiences, including consumers, industry leaders, healthcare professionals, brand partners, small business owners, and community groups.

  • Manage highly visible and complex projects, from upper funnel campaigns to evergreen creative, that have impact across the business.

  • Set the bar high and get there fast without sacrificing quality for speed and effectiveness.

Establish strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and partners 

  • Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, brand, strategy, sales, retail, and product.

  • Help bring in and oversee agency partners and freelancers to make the work great.

What We're Looking For:

  • BS degree in marketing or related degree or the equivalent in years of experience.

  • 15+ years of creative and copy experience creating content and campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.

  • 5+ years of managing high-performing creative teams. 

  • A portfolio featuring a wide range of creative campaigns, a diversity of ideas and approaches to solving problems with a focus on articulating strategic, breakthrough ideas across a myriad of channels.

  • A solid understanding of how creativity can achieve business objectives while still meeting and encouraging brand standards for aesthetic and communication quality.

  • Strong analytical ability and clear and effective written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

  • Optimism and excitement for your work, a love for the next big challenge, and a passion for business impact.

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$190,000.00 - $305,000.00

New York Office:

$174,000.00 - $279,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$158,000.00 - $254,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$142,000.00 - $229,000.00
