About this Role:

Our Manufacturer Solutions team partners with pharmaceutical companies to design and deliver innovative programs that reduce friction, and improve affordability and adherence.
We are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to join our Commercial Go-To-Market Team. This role will lead in the launching and execution of complex, digitally enabled access programs that make a meaningful impact on patients' lives nationwide. The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing pharmaceutical access and support programs, with a proven track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaboration and innovation.
The Program Manager will coordinate key tasks & deliverables, track program milestones, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of program components. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with program management experience, who is detail-oriented, organized, and motivated by improving healthcare access at scale.
Your Impact:
You will manage and lead programs with strategic impact, help support the successful implementation of partner programs by coordinating activities across multiple teams, assisting with timelines and reporting, and helping ensure that our solutions reach the patients who need them.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the planning and execution of access programs and other complex cross functional activities
Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and coordination between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Analytics, Customer Support, and Client Success to drive successful program execution
Track key program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; maintain accurate project documentation and timelines
Resolve a wide range of program-related issues creatively, adapting established approaches and suggesting variations to meet evolving needs.
Help identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders
Assist with the preparation of internal updates, status reports, and cross-functional communications
Participate in recurring program check-ins and take responsibility for following up on action items
Collaborate with senior leadership to align on key components of program and ensure cross functional stakeholders and execution team are in lockstep
Contribute to process improvements and best practices that make program execution more efficient
Ensure that program activities align with GoodRx's standards for quality, compliance, and user experience
Who You Are:
Organized and proactive, with a strong attention to detail, with experience working with technical and non-technical teams
A clear communicator who works well with internal teams and adapts easily to shifting priorities
Interested in healthcare access, digital health, and pharmaceutical affordability solutions
Able to manage timelines, track deliverables, and follow up with multiple stakeholders across departments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and eager to contribute to cross-functional outcomes
Skills & Qualifications:
5 years of professional experience, preferably in program development, project management, healthcare operations, or account support within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Experience problem solver, with demonstrated success in or exposure to patient support and market access programs is a plus
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, GSuite)
Ability to independently and collaboratively drive solutions in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of influencing at senior levels
Understanding of patient access or pharmacy workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, healthcare management, or a related field preferred
