  • Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors
  • Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Here are the skills and experience you’ll need to be successful

  • You have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in corporate accounting or controllership
  • You have strong expertise in corporate tax compliance and tax strategy, including corporate tax provisions and sales tax compliance

  • You have successfully managed audits and implemented strong internal controls in a complex business environment
  • You have strong systems and process orientation, with experience improving accounting workflows or financial infrastructure
  • You have the ability to translate complex financial topics into clear insights for cross-functional partners and leadership
  • You have experience with treasury - Cash management, cash forecasting, debt covenants, debt refinancing etc
  • You have a CPA or equivalent accounting certification (strongly preferred)

What success looks like
