About the roleWe’re looking for a Director of Content to own our global content strategy and editorial pipeline for our enterprise segment. This role is responsible for defining our voice, crafting compelling multi-channel narratives, and ensuring our content ecosystem drives measurable brand authority, pipeline demand, and revenue impact.
You’ll lead our content roadmap, scale our thought leadership footprint, and bring structure, prioritization, and repeatability to our content production frameworks—all while helping us accelerate adoption across the largest financial services organizations globally.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Growth Marketing, and will be measured by content engagement, organic traffic growth, pipeline contribution, and brand sentiment, not just content volume.
Own content strategy & brand narrative
Define and evolve our editorial strategy and content roadmap based on deep market research, customer interviews, and our enterprise buyer personas.
Position Jump as the definitive thought leader in the financial services AI space by producing high-authority, research-backed content.
Ensure absolute consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all marketing channels and assets.
Drive pipeline & lead generation content
Partner with the Demand Gen and Growth teams to architect full-funnel content campaigns (e.g., whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and infographics) that accelerate the sales cycle.
Oversee SEO strategy and execution to continuously improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and high-intent inbound traffic.
Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, conversions, pipeline impact) to ruthlessly prioritize high-performing content formats.
Scale content operations & execution
Manage external freelancers/agencies and potentially bring on additional internal resources over time.
Implement robust content operations frameworks to streamline the ideation, production, legal/compliance approval, and localization of content.
Leverage modern AI tools to optimize content research, distribution, and scaling without sacrificing quality or brand integrity.
Support product & sales enablement through storytelling
Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate complex product capabilities and AI technicalities into digestible, value-driven customer stories.
Turn internal data, customer win-stories, and proprietary insights into compelling case studies and industry benchmark reports.
Comprehensive Content Strategy: A fully aligned, 12-month content calendar and editorial strategy built in partnership with Product and Demand Gen.
Measurable Growth: Notable increases in organic search traffic, content attribution to pipeline, and asset conversion rates.
Operational Scale: A repeatable content supply chain utilizing internal talent, external freelancers, and advanced AI workflows.
Team Leadership: A highly capable, small team of content professionals that you have hired, coached, and motivated.
Brand Authority: Creation of 2-3 flagship, high-authority thought leadership assets that set the narrative for the financial services AI industry.
Must-haves
5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, journalism, or corporate communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
Proven track record of strategic impact, brand building, and measurable revenue/pipeline growth through content in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools for editing, scaling, and optimizing content production workflows.
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn complex technical concepts (like AI, machine learning, or financial workflows) into compelling, human-centric narratives.
Experience managing and motivating high-performing teams of creatives, writers, and external agencies.
Nice-to-haves
Background in or deep understanding of Fintech, Wealthtech, or the Financial Services industry.
Experience with hybrid PLG/Enterprise sales motions and how content maps to both.
This is a high-impact role at a critical stage of growth. As the keeper of our brand voice, the right person will shape how the entire financial services industry perceives the future of AI, acting as a key leader in our marketing organization.
