What you'll do here:

We're seeking a ground-breaking leader to oversee all content operations across our diverse portfolio while driving our strategic shift to AI-powered content creation. As Director, Content Portfolio & AI Innovation you'll have comprehensive responsibility for content strategy, production, and distribution across all brands and channels, with a particular focus on leveraging AI to revolutionize how we produce and scale content enterprise-wide.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the unified content strategy across all portfolio brands, products, and channels
  • Lead all aspects of the content ecosystem, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business objectives
  • Spearhead the organization's transition from traditional content production to AI-first methodologies
  • Build and manage cross-functional teams across content disciplines (editorial, design, video, social)
  • Establish portfolio-wide content governance frameworks incorporating both human expertise and AI capabilities
  • Drive significant efficiency gains through strategic AI implementation while maintaining brand integrity
  • Develop standardized processes for AI-assisted content creation that can be implemented across the portfolio
  • Allocate resources strategically between brands and channels based on business priorities and ROI
  • Report directly to executive leadership on content performance, transformation progress, and efficiency metrics
  • Manage comprehensive budget for all content operations and AI implementation initiatives

Skills you will need here:

  • 10+ years in senior content leadership roles, with oversight of multiple brands or product lines
  • Demonstrated success managing diverse content portfolios across various formats and channels
  • Proven track record of implementing AI solutions to replace manual content processes at scale
  • Strong strategic vision for unifying content operations across a complex organization
  • Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams through technological transformation
  • Deep understanding of how AI can be leveraged differently across various content types
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful management of comprehensive content ecosystems

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with content resource allocation across competing business priorities
  • Background in mergers, acquisitions, or portfolio expansion from a content integration perspective
  • Understanding of complex rights management and compliance across diverse content types
  • Ability to balance innovation with brand consistency across multiple properties
  • Experience managing seven-figure content and technology implementation budgets

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$160,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD
