Responsibilities

  • The Senior Advisor is responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales and marketing of our Senior Living Community. 
  • This position develops and executes a quarterly marketing overview, as well as a monthly marketing plan. 
  • The Senior Advisor (Director of Sales) evaluates and identifies occupancy strategies. 
  • This position develops relationships with families and client prospects within the community and referral sources. 

Qualifications

  • We require a minimum of 3 years of experience executing the sales and marketing process in Senior Living Sales. 
  • Must have a proven ability to close sales. Must be a dynamic self-starter, organized and able to work as a team with internal departments. 
  • We require exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Qualified candidates must exhibit an up-beat, polished, professional and personable demeanor. 
  • Memory Care experience preferred.
