Our Team is based out of our office in Burlington, Massachusetts, where we work in-office Monday through Thursday each week, and remotely on Fridays. Team members must reside within or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance from our Burlington office.

The Director Commercial Finance & Revenue Growth Management serves as the strategic finance partner to the Commercial organization, leading financial planning, business performance management, pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and commercial investment effectiveness. This role combines Commercial Finance and Revenue Growth Management capabilities to drive sustainable, profitable growth across brands, channels, and customers through data-driven decision making and cross-functional leadership.

Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership, this role translates data into actionable commercial strategies that improve financial performance while strengthening customer partnerships. The Director will establish RGM processes, governance, and capabilities that enable consistent, data-driven commercial decision making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Business Performance

Lead the company's financial planning processes and provide actionable insights that improve business performance.

  • Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long-range planning, and monthly forecasting processes across Revenue, Gross Margin, SG&A, EBITDA, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet.
  • Lead monthly business performance reviews, providing root-cause analysis, risks and opportunities, and executive reporting for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Develop robust financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting that translate business performance into actionable insights.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Accounting to improve forecast accuracy and strengthen financial decision making.

Revenue Growth Management & Commercial Strategy

Drive profitable growth by optimizing pricing, portfolio, and commercial investments.

  • Lead enterprise Revenue Growth Management strategy, including pricing governance, price realization, promotional effectiveness, and portfolio optimization across brands, customers, channels, and SKUs.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to develop retailer Joint Business Plans (JBPs), customer growth strategies, innovation business cases, and scenario analyses that maximize revenue and gross margin.
  • Evaluate marketing and trade investments through ROI analysis, pricing elasticity, customer profitability, and promotional performance to optimize commercial returns.
  • Deliver strategic recommendations that balance growth, market competitiveness, and long-term profitability.

Commercial Analytics, Governance

Build the capabilities, processes, and partnerships that enable data-driven commercial decision making.

  • Integrate financial, customer, syndicated, and market data into advanced analytical models that uncover business opportunities and performance drivers.
  • Establish governance, processes, and tools for forecasting, pricing, trade investment, and Revenue Growth Management while driving continuous process improvement.
  • Influence senior leaders through clear communication of complex financial analyses and strategic recommendations.

In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; MBA, CPA or CFA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Revenue Growth Management or Strategic Finance within Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Demonstrated experience leading forecasting, financial planning and commercial business partnering.
  • Deep understanding of pricing strategy, portfolio management, trade investment and commercial profitability.
  • Strong financial modeling, scenario planning and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience working with syndicated market data (Circana/Nielsen), customer POS data and TPM systems.
  • Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, Planful or similar planning and BI platforms.
  • Proven ability to influence senior commercial leaders through data-driven insights.
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $162,900 to $247,600, based on a full-time work schedule, anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational equity. Compensation may vary within that pay range depending on the selected candidate’s professional background, experience, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The full compensation details will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer and may include eligibility for participation in a bonus program.
