What You’ll Do:

  • Leadership: Report to the VP of North America Channel Sales and lead a quota-carrying channel sales team with direct reports by area.
  • Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and partners in your region.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute Territory Segment Plans and business strategies with strategic sales partners, sharing progress quarterly.
  • Partner Development: Oversee partner sales growth, enablement, and engagement to achieve revenue and product targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with reseller partner sales teams to meet sales goals and publish monthly performance reports.
  • Marketing & Enablement: Lead co-sales/marketing programs, events, and partner collateral development.
  • Incentive Design: Create partner incentive plans to align with company goals and drive performance.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report partner activity and revenue performance to business leaders monthly/quarterly.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Proven years of experience in sales, channel/alliances, marketing, or partner management, with a proven record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage and develop sales teams and partners across diverse regions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Expertise in prioritizing and executing strategic plans.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with security, networking, and enterprise software management solutions is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner relationship management tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel 40%+ of the time to meet partners and attend events.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.

The OTE range for this position is $256,000-$384,000 + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire OTE for this position. This position may also be eligible for incentive plans and other related benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
