We are seeking a Director of Channel Sales to drive revenue growth through our partner network. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies with channel partners to achieve and exceed sales targets.

You Will:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share through channel partners
  • Set and achieve sales quotas for assigned partners 
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new high-potential channel partners
  • Provide sales training and support to help partners effectively sell our solutions
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and develop incentive programs to motivate partner performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of channel sales efforts with company objectives

Requirements

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales or sales management, preferably in the security technology sector
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through indirect channels
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
