Keeper Security is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Channel Marketing to lead the global growth and enablement of Keeper’s partner ecosystem. This is a 100% remote position, with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates who live near our global headquarters in Chicago.

About the Role

The Director of Channel Marketing will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing and lead Keeper’s global channel marketing strategy across NorAm, EMEA and APAC to continue expanding and deepening Keeper’s reseller and distribution partner network. This role is responsible for building scalable global programs, elevating partner engagement and educating the market on the value of Keeper’s cybersecurity solutions.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and own Keeper’s global channel marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and regional sales priorities
  • Lead, mentor and develop a global team of channel marketing professionals
  • Establish frameworks, processes and KPIs for scalable channel marketing execution across all regions
  • Drive integrated go-to-market strategies that support reseller, distributor and MSP partners
  • Collaborate with channel sales leadership to ensure joint revenue goals, partner tiers and program initiatives are supported by comprehensive marketing plans

Partner Programs & Enablement

  • Oversee the creation and global rollout of partner enablement materials, welcome kits, onboarding programs and campaign-in-a-box resources
  • Evolve Keeper’s partner portal content strategy, ensuring alignment with top priorities, product launches and regional needs
  • Support development and execution of global partner programs, incentives, MDF utilization and partner co-marketing initiatives

Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Lead the planning and execution of global multi-touch channel campaigns to drive pipeline, deal acceleration and partner engagement
  • Guide co-branded marketing efforts with resellers, distributors and MSPs across digital, email, events and content
  • Oversee regional events, tradeshows and virtual webinar programs, ensuring consistent brand presence and measurable outcomes

Operations & Performance

  • Create and manage the global channel marketing calendar, ensuring timely communication and cross-functional alignment
  • Partner with product marketing, creative, digital, content and sales operations to support channel-focused messaging and assets
  • Analyze campaign performance, partner engagement and ROI to inform quarterly planning, budget allocation and long-term strategy
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to evolve Keeper’s channel marketing approach

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel marketing; Cybersecurity and SaaS experience is required
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing results-oriented, high-performing global channel marketing teams
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing global teams
  • Expertise in channel ecosystems including resellers, distributors and MSPs
  • Proven ability to build and scale partner marketing programs, campaigns and enablement assets
  • Experience managing global marketing budgets and MDF programs
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities across regions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a partner-first mindset
  • Experience using marketing automation systems, CRM platforms and partner portals (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Magentrix)
  • Highly analytical, with experience reporting on pipeline influence, campaign performance and partner ROI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, operations and leadership
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS or technology markets preferred

5. International Transfers

Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.

7. Retention

We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.

Exceptions:

  • You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
  • You're hired (transfers to employee records)

8. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
  • Object to or restrict processing
