About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Salesforce is undergoing an Agentic Transformation, evolving our Employee Relations (ER) function into a next-generation, data-centric powerhouse. We are transitioning from a focus on system implementation and stabilization to a model that delivers proactive, on-demand data insights and leverages autonomous agents to scale ER protocols.
The Director, Agentic Employee Relations Data & Systems will be the strategic architect of this evolution. You will lead the "Agentic ER" model, transforming raw data from our HR Acuity platform into executive-level intelligence that informs human capital health and identifies trends and solutions to work environment issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agentic Data Utilization & HRIS Partnership

  • Utilize autonomous agents within the Agentic ER model to efficiently retrieve and analyze ER data.

  • Act as the primary technical partner for HR Acuity (HRA) and the Data Engineering & Technology (DET) team on all HRIS integration issues and platform changes.

  • Manage system configurations and functionality changes within the HR Acuity platform to ensure data integrity and meet reporting requirements.

2. HR Acuity Platform Ownership

  • Serve as the primary owner for the HR Acuity investigation platform, moving beyond its initial stabilization to maximize feature utilization.

  • Manage configurations, user access, and license allocation to ensure the platform remains the "single source of truth" for global ER matters.

  • Oversee data integrity and platform health, including the tracking of "Time to Close" and other critical investigation metrics.

3. Advanced Data Analytics & Trend Identification

  • Leverage ER data to identify emerging behavioral trends, mental health challenges, and policy violation patterns.

  • Overlay demographic data with ER insights to proactively identify "hot spots" related to equity, inclusion, and organizational risk.

  • Develop predictive models to identify early-warning signs of workplace conflict or attrition.

4. Executive Reporting & Business Reviews

  • Design and deliver high-impact Quarterly Business Review (QBR) decks for the Chief Operations and Finance Officer (COFO), Chief People Officer (CPO) and Employee Success Business Partners (ESBPs).

  • Transform complex investigation data into clear, actionable executive summaries that inform global talent strategy.

  • Benchmark Salesforce ER performance against industry standards using internal and external studies (e.g., HR Acuity Benchmarking Study).

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in Employee Relations, HR Technology, or People Analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Technical Expertise: Mastery of HR Acuity or similar ER case management platforms is essential. Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and Slack for process automation is preferred.

  • Agentic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to implement AI or automated workflows within a sensitive HR environment.

  • Influencing Skills: Proven track record of presenting data-driven insights to C-suite and Senior VP-level stakeholders.

  • Data Literacy: Ability to integrate ER data with broader HRIS datasets (e.g., Workday) to uncover complex organizational correlations.
