Lead customer acquisition strategies for sustainable growth, execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and mentor high-performing teams in a hybrid role.
The Director of Acquisition will play a crucial role as a member of both our marketing leadership team and the wider company leadership. This highly collaborative position is central to MOO’s aspiration to revolutionize the world of customized products.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and own new customer revenue. You’ll leverage your extensive marketing leadership experience and deep understanding of the B2B landscape to develop and implement strategies that deliver sustainable, measurable growth.
This is a 12-month maternity cover position and is a hybrid role with the expectation of being in a MOO office 2-3 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive the acquisition strategy and execution, focusing on new customer growth and revenue.
- Direct and lead the team to drive both short term demand and our brands reputation
- Develop repeatable, sustainable, and predictable customer acquisition strategies across both e-commerce and lead generation channels.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Commercial Performance and Pricing to optimize media spend, market mix, and testing strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continually measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
- Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing).
- Maximize the use of Braze (our new ESP) and Snowflake (our customer data platform) to deepen our understanding of potential customers and improve acquisition results.
Your Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in digital marketing and proven ability to impact key performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Extensive experience crafting and implementing successful omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with a proven record of leveraging data and analytics tools to drive campaign performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of evolving digital marketing trends and technologies, with a proactive approach to testing and adopting innovative methods to drive performance
