Job Description

As adoption of centrally developed products and corporate-scale capabilities continues to grow across multiple business units, we are seeking Product Owners to lead adoption, onboarding, and value realization for these products. In this role, you will own priorities for internal data and digital products that drive measurable business impact. You will collaborate across functions to understand diverse perspectives and define clear opportunities. Through this work, you will translate stakeholder needs into valuable products by maintaining and delivering a prioritized backlog. You will communicate product status to stakeholders and create personas, user journeys, user flows, and other stimuli to support these efforts. This role requires you to embrace Agile principles—fall in love with the Minimally Viable Product (MVP), fail fast, learn, and iterate to bring digital products to life.

Key Business Areas include Brand Building, Digital Media, Creative Operations, Digital Commerce Execution, and Business Process Transformation. Product scope may range from enterprise data assets and analytics platforms to creative workflow tools, media measurement solutions, retailer-facing commerce capabilities, and marketing technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Product Owner, you will:

  • Set product vision and strategy across the relevant business units, service, product, program, technology domain, or IT process that creates clarity and structure in ambiguous environments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Brand, R&D, Finance, Sales) that act as business owners of your products while fostering innovation, shared accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Translate cross-functional business needs into actionable user stories for the technical team.

  • Communicate your product’s progress and KPIs via roadmaps, quantifiable metrics, leadership reviews, and monthly memos.

  • Lead onboarding, communications, and adoption efforts for new features and releases, driving organizational change at scale.

  • Define and prioritize the backlog based on business value, priorities, and technical feasibility. Develop and run experiments to validate or disprove concepts.

  • Create user-centric materials (e.g. documentation, flows, mockups) to validate concepts through requirement gathering and support translation of ideas from diverse groups.

  • Champion data quality and governance to ensure trusted insights.

  • Ensure ongoing operational success through continuous improvement informed by product data, customer feedback, operational insights, and monitoring.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Analytics, or

    related field.

  • Familiarity with data platforms (Azure Databricks, Power BI) and governance principles.

  • Strong communication skills to bridge ideas and requirements between non-technical and technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Growth Mindset, Agile Mindset

  • Exposure to data stewardship practices

  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and backlog management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira).
