Responsibilities
- Manage digital account opening, onboarding, and funding activities while ensuring a seamless client experience and adherence to Bank policies and procedures.
- Perform customer due diligence and risk review activities, including CIP, KYC, OFAC, identity verification, fraud monitoring support, and escalation of potential suspicious activity in accordance with Bank procedures.
- Support digital banking products and services, including transaction limit requests, external transfers, payment operations, card servicing, dispute management, and related operational functions.
- Administer deposit servicing activities, including account maintenance, check orders, brokered CDs, beneficiary updates, and other client servicing functions.
- Deliver exceptional client service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal departments and third-party partners.
- Participate in system testing, process improvement initiatives, product enhancements, and operational projects that support the Bank's digital banking strategy.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and internal controls while supporting additional operational and client service functions as assigned to meet evolving business and departmental needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in banking, financial services, fintech, deposit operations, payment operations, card services, fraud prevention, customer operations, or a related operational environment preferred.
- Knowledge of digital banking services, deposit operations, card processing, payment operations, dispute management, fraud monitoring, or related operational functions preferred.
- Experience supporting customer onboarding, account servicing, payment processing, or client support activities preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems and technologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
