BJs Wholesale Club is seeking a Digital Marketplace Analyst with e-commerce/omni experience to join our team with a focus on Same Day Delivery Marketplaces.  In this role, the Digital Marketplace Analyst will work with cross functional teams to ensure the success of BJ’s SDD marketplace business.  The Analyst will be accountable for supporting both long-term and short-term roadmap and execution of marketplace plans. This role requires tactical, hands-on business management experience supporting omni channel or e-commerce initiatives.

As Digital Marketplace Analyst, you will be accountable for supporting the prioritization of key initiatives and the cross-functional coordination necessary to drive the program to success. This includes identifying and reporting on performance on the KPIs for the program, supporting the development of the program roadmap and delivering program related projects.  You will be partnering with marketplace account teams to align and maintain the overall project plans, milestones and deliverables and report on program status to leadership and stakeholders.  You will be partnering with other key stakeholders across the BJs organization, including Product Management, Digital Experience, Merchandising, Marketing, Membership, IT and other cross functional partners.   

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support senior program managers to deliver the marketplace strategy and vision for SDD marketplaces. supporting the prioritization and execution of key initiatives
  • Regularly reports out key program KPIs to senior leadership and other stakeholders, while identifying trends and opportunities that influence the performance and gaps in the current program
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align and track program plans, milestones, and schedules; helps to prioritize new initiatives based on feasibility and business impact.
  • Prepare business updates and proposals with clear, concise documentation that outlines objectives, impact, and performance results
  • Collaborate regularly with marketplace account teams to monitor performance and uncover opportunities for driving marketplace growth
  • Support all areas of the marketplace program: business, creative, marketing and technical

Qualifications

Education / Degree

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology or a related discipline; or equivalent experience

Experience

  • At least 3+ years of business/program analyst experience in aggressive fast paced ecommerce environments
  • Experience using data to monitor the business, identify opportunities and drive decisions.
  • Ability to influence and drive change with a proven track record of driving results 
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills is a must, including the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences, and to exercise good judgment in frequency and nature of communications to different parties (executives, senior management, stakeholders, team members, etc.) 
  • Experience in marketplaces, including working with 3rd party account management teams
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, presentation, communication and customer service skills  
  • Experience communicating verbally and in writing across functions, teams and organizational hierarchies. 

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $60,500.00.
