Job Description:

PAID DIGITIAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR, ONLINE VIDEO

The Paid Digital Marketing Supervisor supports the Digital Marketing Manager on the execution, optimization, and analysis of online video campaigns on the In-House media buying team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build Digital Marketing Expertise
    • Serve as an online video subject matter expert, providing support on campaign development, structure, maintenance, and key reporting metrics.
    • Monitor the competitive YouTube and online video landscape to identify audience trends, optimization opportunities, and bidding strategies that drive campaign performance and growth.
    • Share insights, best practices, and recommendations with internal teams to improve campaign performance.
    • Participate in cross-functional digital marketing knowledge sharing and education.
  • Drive Results (Plan, Execute, Measure)
    • Own the execution and management of all online video campaigns from setup through launch and reporting within Google Ads and other applicable platforms.
    • Monitor campaign launches and daily pacing to ensure performance goals are met.
    • Lead and oversee campaign processes, documentation, and partner communications on trafficking, campaign management, reporting, and optimizations.
    • Lead and support all rounds of campaign QA, revisions, and final go-live approval.
    • Analyze campaign performance and provide reporting, inclusive of insights and opportunities for key metrics to brand partners.
    • Collaborate with brand media and marketing teams and external agencies to provide actionable insights supportive of the holistic brand story.
    • Support audience strategy development, implementation, and optimization in Google Ads.
    • Work closely with and train Digital Marketing Specialists on campaign execution and platform management.
    • Collaborate with In-House buying team (paid search, affiliate, paid social) on cross-channel strategy and execution.
    • Cultivate and strengthen the strategic partnership with Google, driving collaboration and program growth.

Who We’re Looking For: You.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field
  • 3-4 years of online video media planning and buying experience
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads Manager (Google Ads certified is preferred), with additional video platform knowledge a plus
  • General understanding of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience with brand safety and suitability (IAS knowledge is a plus)
  • Team player who is collaborative while being an effective communicator
  • Ability to work with and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data and present it to a variety of stakeholders
  • Results driven, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required, particularly Excel
  • Related experience with a media agency, vendor or client-side media/marketing
  • Additional experience with executing and measuring various forms of digital media is a plus
  • Retail experience is a plus

This position has a starting salary range of $76,800.00 to $97,900.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
