The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, develop sophisticated financial models, partner with various business units, and support company budgeting and capital investment decisions.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions. Provide hands-on engineering, integrations (REST/OAuth), mentor engineers, run architecture reviews and stakeholder workshops, support SAM/Contract modules, and champion DevOps and automation platforms.

Manage execution, optimization, and analysis of online video campaigns. Own campaign setup, QA, pacing, reporting, and insights in Google Ads. Monitor competitive video landscape, support audience strategy, train specialists, and collaborate with brand teams, agencies, and Google to drive campaign performance.

Manage a team of financial analysts to drive FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and executive-level analysis for a multibillion-dollar business line. Oversee reporting processes, develop analytical models, deliver strategic recommendations, lead projects, mentor associates, and partner with operations to identify risks and opportunities.

The Paralegal II position involves supporting corporate governance, maintaining subsidiary records, conducting legal research, and managing legal documentation related to compensation and governance matters.

Manage the financial close and reporting process, supervise 2–3 accountants, review journal entries and reconciliations, ensure SOX and US GAAP compliance, present and analyze financial statements, lead audits and special projects, drive process improvements, and research new accounting standards.

Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret commercial contracts (SOWs, NDAs, amendments, order forms) across IT, marketing, logistics, and operations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and procurement, update standard templates, manage high project volume, and support special projects under supervising attorney guidance.

The Senior Financial Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements, manage journal entries, provide mentorship, and ensure compliance with GAAP, while collaborating with global finance teams.

Support Finance modernization by translating stakeholder needs into BI and automation solutions. Develop and maintain analytics, reports, and low-complexity automations; ensure data quality; support UAT and deployments; provide post-deployment support, documentation, and training; and apply continuous improvement practices to Finance processes.
