Provides confidential, proactive executive administrative support to the EVP and Chief Marketing Officer. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting management, domestic and international travel coordination, email triage, information management, meeting materials, expense and budget administration, project oversight, and support for leadership meetings and events. The role also coordinates across global marketing administrators, provides backup and guidance, manages sensitive information, and represents the executive professionally in a hybrid corporate environment.

Prepares and analyzes financial statements, journal entries, account reconciliations, SEC filings, benefit plan statements, and XBRL tagging. The role owns complex accruals, supports financial close activities, researches accounting standards, reviews SOX controls, analyzes variances, and leads special projects. It also mentors accountants and interns, presents to senior management, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives process improvements while ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
