Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret commercial contracts (SOWs, NDAs, amendments, order forms) across IT, marketing, logistics, and operations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and procurement, update standard templates, manage high project volume, and support special projects under supervising attorney guidance.

Provide high-level administrative support to SVP and merchant leaders: manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and expenses, organize meetings and events, maintain files and records, analyze and improve office systems, support training/conferences, handle confidential matters, and complete special projects while collaborating across departments.
