Job Description:

**This is a HYBRID role, with a weekly in-person requirement in Framingham, MA.

Role Description 

As the Affiliate Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of Affiliate marketing programs across our .com brands. Working closely with internal teams, agency partners, publishers, and creators, you will help drive customer acquisition, engagement, traffic, and revenue while identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow the channel. 

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Build Media and Digital Expertise 

  • Serve as an Affiliate expert, providing support on program development, structure, maintenance, and key reporting metrics. 

  • Monitor Affiliate channel trends and the competitive landscape to identify optimization opportunities and cost per acquisition strategies that drive campaign performance and growth. 

  • Share insights, best practices and recommendations with internal teams through ongoing knowledge sharing and education. 

 

  • Collaboration and Relationships 

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure programs are executed flawlessly and drive results. 

  • Establish relationships and collaborate effectively across internal stakeholder teams (Digital Planning, Brand Marketing, Measurement, Creative, Site Experience/Merch Planning) to deliver high-quality work. 

  • Collaborate with In-House buying team (paid search, paid social, online video) on cross-channel strategy and execution. 

  • Establish strong working relationships with Affiliate agency partners, publishers, and creator partners. 

 

  • Drive Results (Plan, Execute, Measure)  

  • Support the Affiliate Marketing Manager and team with strategy development, planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of the Affiliate channel. 

  • Act as an Affiliate channel best practice advisor, proactively identifying opportunities and providing POVs and recommendations to optimize channel performance. 

  • Lead the development of the promotional offer and e-blast content schedule and newsletters, and support larger strategies and seasonal project plans.  

  • Support the day-to-day program execution, including content development, optimizations, creative/asset needs, and invoice and budget management.  

  • Develop creative briefs, communicate creative specifications and deadlines, and deliver creative asset guidelines and trafficking information to Brand Marketing and Creative teams. 

  • Analyze program performance across publisher, promotional, content, and creator segments to identify growth opportunities. 

  • Develop and maintain recurring performance reporting and dashboards highlighting KPIs, trends, insights, and optimization recommendations, while supporting attribution and broader measurement efforts. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in Affiliate marketing, digital marketing, media, eCommerce or performance marketing 

  • Affiliate channel execution experience is preferred 

  • Related experience with a media agency, vendor or client-side media/marketing  

  • General knowledge of media planning (digital eCommerce channels is a plus)  

  • Experience working with digital analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics) 

  • Team player who is collaborative and an effective communicator 

  • Ability to interpret and analyze data and present it to a variety of stakeholders 

  • Results driven, detail oriented, and self-motivated 

  • Excellent project management skills 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite is required, particularly Excel 

  • Knowledge or familiarity with the social influencer marketing landscape is a plus 

  • Experience executing and measuring various forms of digital media is a plus 

  • Retail experience is a plus 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field

This position has a starting salary range of $65,000.00 to $81,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
