Paid Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist
Crewfare is the travel tech platform powering unforgettable trips to the world’s best events. From hotel sourcing to group travel tools, we make booking seamless for attendees and event organizers alike. We’re looking for a Paid Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead campaign strategy across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn—driving growth for both our B2C experiences and B2B tools like Launchpad.
What You’ll Do:
Plan, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns to boost awareness, bookings, and qualified leads.
Develop funnel strategies, retargeting flows, and CRM-aligned nurturing campaigns.
Manage LinkedIn content and ads to position Crewfare’s B2B offerings with hotels, travel brands, and event producers.
Collaborate with design and product teams on creative assets, landing pages, and forms.
Support B2C campaigns tied to travel packages, influencer promos, and seasonal events.
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing.
B2B marketing experience—especially with SaaS, travel tech, or marketplaces.
Confident writing copy for ads, landing pages, and LinkedIn posts.
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or other CRM tools.
