You will lead demand generation across our portfolio, integrating paid media, cold outbound, and lifecycle marketing into a single revenue engine.
This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a highly independent operator who can drive results with minimal oversight.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Own monthly qualified lead and pipeline targets
- Build and manage end-to-end demand generation campaigns
- Drive lead acquisition through:
- Cold email outreach (Instantly, Million Verifier)
- Paid search and social campaigns
- Landing pages and conversion funnels in GoHighLevel
Lead Nurturing & Conversion
- Design and optimize lead nurture sequences
- Manage lifecycle marketing automation
- Improve lead-to-customer conversion processes
- Collaborate with sales on effective lead handoff
Testing & Optimization
- Continuously test and optimize:
- Offers
- Audiences
- Creative assets
- Ad copy
- Funnel performance
- Establish learning loops and performance improvements
Reporting & Analytics
- Report weekly on:
- Cost per Lead (CPL)
- Conversion Rates
- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
- Pipeline Contribution
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations
Market Research
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities
- Identify new targeting, messaging, and acquisition opportunities
