Key Responsibilities
Design and execute lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and other digital channels.
Build and manage a strategic content calendar (posts, newsletters, lead magnets, nurture campaigns).
Develop and monitor paid ad campaigns, ensuring efficiency and positive ROI.
Analyze funnel metrics and optimize performance at each stage.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and propose innovative demand generation tactics.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
4–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation (consulting, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
Demonstrated success building predictable pipelines and scaling lead acquisition.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and funnel optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Creative and strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is highly desirable.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary: $3,000 – $4,500 USD/month (LATAM-based, experience dependent).
100% remote role, with preference for candidates in LATAM who have experience with US-based campaigns.
