We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our performance marketing and inbound lead generation efforts across all three brands. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in B2B digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing paid media, SEO, GEO, AEO, conversion funnels, and marketing campaign automation.
This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: designing campaigns, analyzing results, and optimizing every step of the funnel to increase qualified pipeline. You’ll collaborate closely with executives, marketing teammates, agencies and sales leaders to ensure that digital channels drive measurable growth.

What you'll doPerformance Marketing & Lead Generation
Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, retargeting, and other paid channels.
Manage budgets, bids, and creative to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.
Build and optimize landing pages and lead capture flows for conversion.
Inbound & SEO Strategy
Create and implement an inbound marketing strategy to attract and convert prospects through organic search, paid traffic, and nurture campaigns.
Partner with content and product marketing teams to drive SEO and improve rankings for priority topics and keywords.
Ensure alignment between campaigns, content, and sales follow-up to accelerate pipeline.
Analytics & Optimization
Own marketing analytics and reporting for digital campaigns, including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and attribution.
Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Salesforce to track results and provide insights.
Run A/B tests across ads, emails, and landing pages to drive incremental gains in conversion.
Marketing Automation & Nurture
Manage email automation workflows and lead scoring models to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to sales.
Segment and personalize campaigns to different buyer personas.
Collaborate with SDR and sales teams on aligning outreach and campaign timing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with the sales and marketing team to align on broader campaigns and storytelling.
Support sales enablement through data-driven insights and digital tools.
Work across all three brands, ensuring consistency and scalability in approach while tailoring campaigns per audience.
3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, preferably within SaaS or healthcare tech.
Proven track record of driving measurable inbound pipeline growth.
Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, SEO, retargeting, and analytics.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Knowledge of Rollworks/AdRoll is a plus.
Data-driven mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets or BI tool skills for campaign analysis.
Ability to balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with executives, peers, and sales teams.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
Exceptional attention to detail, both verbal and visual.
