Join our growing team as a Digital Marketing Manager

About the role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be the go-to marketing partner for a book of vacation rental companies, owning both their digital performance and the relationship behind it. For TrackPMS customers, you will team up with Customer Success Managers, lead monthly reviews and Health Checks, and bring the marketing story to Quarterly Reviews. For customers outside TrackPMS, you will own the full relationship, run every review, and work with a dedicated Customer Account Executive on an account plan to bring them onto Track.

What you will do
- Own the customer relationship as the primary contact by direct phone, email, the shared DMM inbox, and Zendesk, and train customers on TrackInsights so they get real value from it.
- Run Health Checks on every account (monthly or bi-monthly by tier), keep tasks current in Certinia, and catch slipping performance, slow responses, or frustration before it turns into churn.
- Turn Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channel data in TrackInsights into report decks that show clients what is working, what is not, and what to do next.
- Lead recurring client meetings and quarterly audit presentations, and adjust each client's marketing strategy based on performance trends and what is happening in the market.
- Measure ROI across every digital channel and report on KPIs like purchases, website engagement rate, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, click through rate, and open rate.
- Make sure action items from client meetings actually get done by coordinating with our ad creators, blog and content writers, and website support team.
- Partner with CSMs, CAEs, Product Marketing, and Data on QBRs, Strategic Business Reviews, renewals, upsells, product launches, and accurate attribution reporting.

What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with paid search (Google and Bing), Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Working knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization across B2B and B2C
- Experience with Salesforce and comfort presenting performance data and recommendations to clients
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to speed up data analysis, report drafting, and research
- Willing to travel as needed

Nice to have
- Experience in the travel, hospitality, or vacation rental industry
- Familiarity with Certinia or Zendesk

You will thrive here if
- You like being the person clients call. Owning the relationship energizes you, and you would rather pick up the phone than let a ticket sit.
- You can look at a dashboard, find the one or two things a client actually needs to hear, and explain them in plain language.
- You follow through. When a meeting ends with five action items, you are the one making sure the ad team, writers, and web support close them out.

Compensation
The expected starting base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000, plus eligibility for a 10% annual incentive tied to company performance. Final compensation is based on relevant skills, experience, education, and geographic location.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
