  • Develop strategies that guide prospective learners through the enrollment funnel, including lead-nurturing campaigns designed to increase engagement and inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates.
  • Create persuasive, audience-focused copy and messaging for advertisements, landing pages, email communications, and other digital content, collaborating with colleagues to improve campaign landing pages, lead-capture forms, and the overall user experience.
  • Establish key performance indicators and use platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze user behavior, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing of creative, messaging, audience targeting, landing pages, and campaign strategies; prepare regular reports and dashboards that communicate performance, return on investment, and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with marketing, communications, design, and program colleagues to coordinate campaign assets, timelines, production, and launches; manage vendors as needed; maintain campaign documentation and performance records.
  • Monitor audience behavior, competitor activity, emerging platforms, and market trends to identify opportunities for expanding reach and improving results.
