Liquibase is looking for a hands-on, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital advertising and web experience. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified pipeline through paid media, website conversion, and SEO initiatives, working closely with demand generation, product marketing, and sales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, Reddit, and Stack Overflow, with a focus on pipeline efficiency and ROAS
  • Build and manage audience targeting through 6sense, Metadata, and Hubspot
  • Write and test ad copy, landing pages, and CTAs that convert. Strong copywriting is a must!
  • Develop and execute A/B tests and CRO tactics to improve website conversion rates
  • Monitor SEO performance and implement best practices to increase organic traffic
  • Report on performance against pipeline and closed-won revenue targets
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing to align messaging across channels
  • Stay on top of ad platform changes, competitive trends, and growth opportunities

Must Haves:

  • 3–6 years of digital marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally developer tools or DevOps
  • Proven success managing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, and niche communities
  • Experience using Hubspot, Metadata.io, and 6sense
  • Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and website CRO
  • Excellent copywriting skills for both ads and landing pages
  • Deep understanding of digital funnel metrics and ROAS as it relates to pipeline and revenue
  • Highly analytical and performance-focused, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience marketing to technical audiences (DevOps, platform teams, data engineers)
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, Hotjar, or similar
  • Past experience building digital programs to support product launches
