Your role at Dynatrace

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) manages the day-to-day paid social media activities including the planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting of paid social media plans. This role will develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue through paid social marketing campaigns on social channels with a focus on LinkedIn but also others like Reddit, Meta, etc. You will directly contribute to Dynatrace’s success and growth in digital performance management.

This role provides maternity leave coverage for an established paid social marketing program and is expected to quickly take ownership of existing campaign strategies, stakeholder relationships, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Paid Social campaigns are executed, monitored, managed, and optimized effectively to achieve performance goals and spend targets.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact using platform reporting, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
  • Build strong relationships across marketing teams, including Brand, Growth, Field, and Partner Marketing.
  • Leverage AI, automation, industry trends, and emerging opportunities to improve campaign performance and inform business recommendations.
  • Support ABM paid social planning and execution.
What will help you succeed
  • Hands-on experience in paid digital marketing with a focus on paid social, ideally with LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with additional paid media platforms such as Meta, Reddit, Google Ads, or Microsoft Ads is a plus
  • Proficiency in implementing paid social media best practices that support brand awareness and demand generation initiatives as well as experience managing high-volume paid social media campaigns
  • Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions with tools like Looker, Excel and Power BI
  • High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation with a passion for learning the latest paid social trends
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting concepts and deliverables to internal stakeholders and external vendors

Compensation and Rewards

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €58,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h / week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
