As a SEO & Analytics Strategist at Fueled, you will be part of Fueled’s Digital Growth Strategy team, helping our clients implement actionable strategies that positively impact and measure their business goals and desired audience outcomes.

You’re motivated by solving complex problems and helping clients find the right path forward through data-driven solutions and practical, easy-to-understand insights. You look beyond surface metrics to uncover what truly drives discovery, engagement, and conversion, and turn those findings into measurable impact. In this role, you’ll contribute to a mix of enterprise-level projects and ongoing engagements that continue to sharpen your skills, working with a diverse client base that includes innovative startups, nonprofits, and global organizations across media, technology, healthcare, and mission-driven sectors.

Intentionally remote, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.

What you will do:
  • Drive long-term discoverability and growth by shaping SEO and AI search (GEO/AIO) strategies that expand brand visibility across traditional search and AI-driven answer engines.
  • Strengthen digital foundations by translating technical, content, and structured data insights into prioritized optimization roadmaps that improve site authority and machine readability.
  • Influence how brands appear in AI and search ecosystems by guiding entity, content, and trust-signal enhancements that improve citation, attribution, and accuracy in AI-generated results.
  • Connect strategy to business impact by designing measurement frameworks and experimentation approaches that tie search and content performance to client goals and revenue outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives by partnering with clients and delivery teams to turn insights into scalable recommendations that extend beyond a single project or channel.
What you will achieve:
  • Measurably increase qualified organic and AI-driven visibility, traffic, and engagement across client digital properties.
  • Deliver optimization roadmaps that result in sustained improvements to crawlability, indexation, structured data coverage, and AI readability scores.
  • Improve how client brands and content are surfaced and cited in AI-generated experiences and search features.
  • Establish clear, trusted measurement models that connect search and content efforts to conversion and revenue impact.
  • Produce repeatable, insight-led growth wins through testing and experimentation that inform broader client strategy and future engagements.
About you:
  • You bring strong, hands-on experience in SEO, audience growth, and analytics, and use that foundation to turn search and performance insights into practical, high-impact actions.
  • You know how to use leading SEO and audit tools and, more importantly, translate findings into clear, prioritized recommendations that teams can realistically implement.
  • You understand how AI and LLM-driven search works and apply that knowledge to improve discoverability beyond traditional SERPs.
  • You’re confident with analytics and tracking frameworks, using GA4, GTM, and visualization tools to produce insights that guide decisions and prove impact.
  • You collaborate and communicate effectively, seeking cross-team input and explaining complex technical ideas in clear, concise language to any audience.
