Job Description

About the Role

The Digital Graphic Designer is a versatile, hands-on maker—someone who can concept, design, adapt, and produce across formats We’re looking for someone who is comfortable flexing across design, light video, and digital production, and someone who embraces AI as an accelerator.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high velocity environment, enjoys variety over specialization, and takes pride in getting great work out the door—quickly.

What You’ll Do

Create Across Formats

  • Design and produce assets for:

  • eCommerce (PDPs, banners, thumbnails)

  • Social (static, shortform video, simple animations)

  • Retail media and CRM

  • Adapt master creative into multiple sizes, formats, and channel requirements

Design & Production

  • Execute basic to intermediate design work using Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma

  • Perform photo retouching, compositing, and light illustration

  • Edit shortform video using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut

  • Ensure brand consistency while moving fast; understand our design language and brand standards to implement across multiple touchpoints.

Collaborate & Iterate

  • Work closely with marketers, eCommerce teams, media partners, and other creatives

  • Take direction well, but also proactively suggest improvements and optimizations

  • Iterate quickly based on performance data, briefs, and feedback

Job Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Core Skills

  • Strong foundational design skills (layout, typography, color, composition)

  • Proficient in

  • Adobe Creative Suite (required)

  • Basic video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent)

  • Comfort working across multiple asset types—not just one specialty

Ways of Working

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Able to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities

  • Ability to work within a brand style guide

  • Detail-oriented but not precious—knows when “perfect” is the enemy of “live”

Experience

  • Minimum two years experience in digital graphic design

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a CPG, retail, or eCommerce environment

  • Familiarity with performance driven creative or A/B testing

  • Motion graphics, simple animation, copywriting skills

  • Experience working inside an inhouse agency or fast growth brand
