Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Digital Experience Product Manager to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our digital experiences. This role will serve as a critical bridge between Marketing, Creative, Technology, and external partners, helping drive delivery of strategic initiatives across Zelis.com and our broader Digital Experience ecosystem.
This individual will operate in both Product Management and Project Management capacities. As a Product Manager, they will partner closely with our Zelis.com IT team to manage priorities, roadmaps, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery execution. As a Product Owner for the Digital Marketing Design System, they will work alongside our Creative Design team to maintain and evolve web templates, components, design documentation, and design tokens while ensuring consistency with brand standards.
This role will also play a key project management role for major digital initiatives, including our planned DXP/CMS migration, coordinating activities across internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to ensure successful delivery against timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, excels at relationship-building, and has a strong understanding of modern website experiences, UX principles, content management systems, and agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Digital Experience leadership to manage and execute the digital experience roadmap.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and the Zelis.com IT development team, helping prioritize work, manage capacity, refine backlog items, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

  • Own and maintain the Digital Marketing Design System in partnership with Creative Design, including design documentation, web templates, components, and design tokens.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment activities.

  • Lead project management activities for digital experience initiatives, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Product, Analytics, IT, and external vendors.

  • Support planning and execution of large-scale digital transformation initiatives, including future CMS/DXP platform migrations.

  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as a key point of contact for project meetings, deliverables, timelines, status reporting, and issue resolution.

  • Develop project plans, maintain project documentation, track dependencies, and proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Collaborate with UX, Creative, and Development teams to ensure digital experiences align with user needs, business goals, and best practices.

  • Support testing, quality assurance, and release coordination activities.

  • Provide regular updates and executive-ready reporting on project status, roadmap progress, and key performance indicators.

  • Assist with ad hoc digital experience initiatives and operational support as needed.

What You'll BringRequired Experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Digital Experience, Website Management, or related disciplines.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile development environments.

  • Experience managing website projects, digital products, or CMS-driven experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.

  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable user stories and project plans.

Technical & Functional Skills
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and software development lifecycles.

  • Experience working with website platforms and content management systems; WordPress experience required.

  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS and DXP platforms; Optimizely experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of UX and user-centered design principles.

  • Experience working within Figma, including reviewing designs, collaborating with designers, and maintaining design documentation.

  • Knowledge of modern web standards, responsive design, accessibility, SEO, and digital experience best practices.

  • Experience using web analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Sigma, or similar tools.

  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into recommendations and prioritization decisions.

  • Experience coordinating vendor relationships and managing third-party deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting CMS migrations, website redesigns, or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Experience managing or contributing to design systems.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B environments.

  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, or similar platforms to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

Location and Workplace Flexibility

Zelis is headquartered in the U.S., with multiple locations across the country and in Hyderabad, India. Check out our locations to learn more about our offices. All employee work locations are based on the needs of the position and are determined by the Leadership team. In-office work and activities vary based on work and team objectives in accordance with Company policies.


While location expectations vary by role, candidates within approximately 50 miles of a U.S. office are generally preferred to support collaboration when needed. Our hybrid approach is flexible, and in-office presence is guided by team and business needs rather than a fixed weekly schedule.

Base Salary Range

$115,000.00 - $145,350.00

At Zelis we are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation packages. The base salary range allows us to make an offer that considers multiple individualized factors, including experience, education, qualifications, as well as job-related and industry-related knowledge and skills, etc. Base pay is just one part of our Total Rewards package, which may also include discretionary bonus plans, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
