The Digital Data Analyst analyzes customer digital journeys, provides insights to drive marketing decisions, and supports testing and optimization efforts.
Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven storyteller to join our team as a Digital Data Analyst. In this role, you won't just pull reports; you will analyze the customer’s digital journey and directly inform business and marketing decisions. You will leverage Fullstory to identify friction points, explain marketing performance, and provide the insights necessary to optimize our digital experiences, drive conversion and long-term retention goals.
Key Responsibilities- Site Analytics Mastery: Serve as the subject matter expert for Digital Analytics, maintaining dashboards and performing deep-dive analysis on traffic patterns, user flow and campaign impacts
- Journey Mapping: Analyze complex site journeys to understand how users move through the funnel. Identify where users drop off and why, how they navigate the site and how to impact their journeys
- Insight Communication: Translate complex data sets into "so-what" insights for stakeholders in Marketing, Ecommerce, Product, and CX
- Testing & Optimization: Support A/B and multivariate testing programs by providing the ‘why’ behind the results
- Implementation Support: Work closely with developers and tagging teams to maintain accurate tagging and compliant tracking
- Digital Analytics: 2+ years of hands-on experience in a digital analytics role with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Tagging/Implementation: Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer and other event tagging tools is a major plus
- Visualization: Ability to build and maintain automated, easy-to-digest dashboards in analytics platforms and BI tools (eg Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe Workspace)
- SQL Knowledge: Strong ability to query databases to merge site data with backend customer data is desirable

- Experience: 2+ years in a digital analytics or web-focused data role
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just see a number; you want to find out what caused it and how to impact it
- Communication: Exceptional ability to tell an easily digestible story with actionable insights from complex analysis and datasets
