Job Overview

The Digital Content Producer reports to the Manager, Social & Content Strategy, and works closely with design contractors and partners across Marketing.

This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll concept, shoot, host, edit, and publish short-form content that brings a smile to parents’ faces and tells real stories about parenting and education.

We’re looking for a content generalist who loves bringing creative ideas to life and is comfortable on both sides of the camera, whether that’s behind the lens or jumping in as host to get the right soundbite. You have an eye for what resonates, can take a vision to reality, and manage projects from start to finish while collaborating with others to sharpen ideas.

Success in this role means a steady stream of high-quality content that grows our audience and engagement. As the team grows, there’s room to grow into a lead content or creative role.

Job Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing

  • Create short-form video and graphics for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Edit and polish video in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
  • Develop strong visual treatments and graphics for mobile and social.
  • Host select on-camera content, bringing energy and asking insightful questions.
  • Research topics and plan shots to maximize engagement.

Production Management

  • Manage content from concept through delivery, meeting deadlines and brand guidelines.
  • Plan shoots, manage production schedules, and coordinate with talent and interviewees.
  • Handle the technical side of production, from setup through capture.
  • Publish and schedule content in line with the content calendar.

Collaboration, Trends & Performance

  • Turn briefs and the content calendar into engaging, shareable content with the Manager, Social & Content Strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to spot content opportunities and bring fresh ideas to life.
  • Stay current on content trends, new tools, and techniques, including AI creative tools.
  • Track content performance and use what works to improve future content.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years in content production, including short-form video, graphic design, and social content.
  • Strong video editing skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve, plus working knowledge of Canva, Figma, Photoshop, and AI creative tools.
  • Proven ability to design and produce visually engaging content across platforms.
  • Excellent storytelling skills and a strong sense of what resonates on social.
  • Comfortable on camera as a host or interviewer.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; knowledge of video production fundamentals (lighting, storyboarding, composition) is a plus.

To apply: Submit 2–3 samples of short-form video content, ideally made for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.

We’re looking for a content powerhouse: someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of trends, and pushes what’s possible in digital storytelling. A collaborative, positive attitude and a sense of humor are a big plus!
