This role is within The Chamberlain Group Marketing function within the Demand Generation team. The Digital Asset Management Specialist oversee the end-to-end management of digital assets for our entire Residential, Community and Commercial product portfolios. A successful incumbent is expected to (1) serve as the central point of contact for all digital asset-related activities; (2) be responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the integrity of the content within the system––ensuring assets are correctly tagged, categorized and stored; (3) work closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, IT/Development, Marketing, Industrial Design, Product and external partner vendors to ensure assets meet required standards and on-time delivery; and (4) maintain the security and manage access of digital content upload and distribution. Education requirements include: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; Experience requirements include: 3+ years of experience in digital asset management or a similar role.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize digital assets by brand, product and/or service––including but not limited to evergreen product content, digital marketing and campaign creative, packaging and printed literature, in-store merchandising, environmental trade show materials.
Implement and document metadata standards, tagging, taxonomy and licensing information for all digital assets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, technical requirements and access/distribution rights for individualized assets and holistic brand, product, and service portals
Train and support existing and new users in asset upload best practices
Monitor and enforce usage rights and user access for digital assets and portals
Conduct regular audits of the digital asset platform to ensure content accuracy and archiving outdated, irrelevant content
Assist the Creative and Development Teams, and additionally Retail Partner Managers, with periodic production requests and retouching needs
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
3+ years of experience in digital asset management or a similar role
Experienced in asset management and digital asset platforms (ideally Widen)
Proficiency with asset inventory and asset management software
Strong understanding of taxonomy and metadata standards
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience with using automation or AI to improve digital asset management (ideally Widen)
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
Preferred:
Certification in Digital Asset Management
Experience with an e-commerce organization

The pay range for this position is $50,700.00- $81,825.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
