As an Analytics & Digital Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with business partners to develop and maintain scalable tagging solutions that enable key metric tracking and enhance the digital customer experience.  Your role will involve owing and executing the tagging specification process while delivering reporting and actionable insights.  Success in this role will rely heavily on strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with web analytics tools and tag management platforms (e.g. Adobe Launch, Tealium, Adobe WebSDK, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
  • 1+ experience implementing and configuring a mobile/web event tracking solution such as Adobe Analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge on adobe launch and understanding Adobe stack preferred (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe WebSDK, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, etc.)
  • Experience in building dashboards and reports in web/mobile analytics tools such as Adobe
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Able to present to various audiences
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SQL & Tableau or equivalent (eg. Power BI, etc.)

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (High School Diploma and 4 years relevant experience); Master's preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
