Primary Responsibility:
  • The Exercise Physiologist is expected to perform the majority of tasks within the Cardiology Laboratory

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or related Field
  • BLS, ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
  • 1+ years of experience in an exercise testing laboratory, cardiac rehabilitation facility or corporate health setting. Equipment Marquette EKG machines or similar, Marquette treadmill control systems or similar, ACS Holter monitors or similar.
  • Basic computer and CRT experience. Basic typing
  • Willing or ability to work extended shifts in situations deemed necessary by the Cardiology Nursing Supervisor

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as cardiovascular technician or related
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
