We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to lead AI initiatives within the engineering group by leveraging AI-driven tools and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline to enhance code quality and optimize the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for complex build environments including C, C++, Java, Go, and other compiled languages
- Build and maintain sophisticated build systems with dependency management, cross-compilation, and artifact optimization
- Implement and maintain infrastructure for AI-based tools
- Build, monitor and improve AI based tools to enhance engineering productivity
- Develop existing AI tools and provision access and usage of the tools.
- Collaborate with software engineers to understand and support their infrastructure needs across diverse technology stacks
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Define and enforce best practices for DevOps, infrastructure as code, security, and observability
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Build Engineering with focus on CI/CD systems
- Deep expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines for compiled languages (C, C++, Java, Go)
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools and infrastructure (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
- Experience with build tools and systems (Make, CMake, Gradle, Maven, Bazel, etc.)
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Groovy)
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proficiency with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
- Experience integrating vector search engines and AI-assisted development infrastructure
- Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and Linux system administration
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Strong Git skills and branching strategies for complex codebases
- Experience with code quality analysis tools (linters, static analysis, etc.)
- Knowledge of cross-platform compilation and build optimization techniques
- Team player, fast self-learning individual, and service-oriented attitude
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
