General Summary:
The Designer is an integral member of the creative team, contributing fresh ideas and executing compelling designs that drive measurable results. Working under the guidance of a Creative Director or Art Director, this role partners closely with Directors, Senior Designers, Copywriters, and Strategists to deliver digital solutions that meet business objectives outlined in creative briefs. The Designer is responsible for ideation and hands-on design across a variety of channels including email, social, display, and landing pages – ensuring work is on-brand, engaging, and strategically aligned.
Essential Job Functions: *
- Design pixel-perfect creative that meets defined project objectives.
- Take direction effectively while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and take ownership through the design process.
- Create digital assets and layouts using channel-specific workflows, designing in Figma or modular HTML templates as needed.
- Read, navigate, and edit HTML/CSS for templated email design projects.
- Produce original, persuasive, and visually compelling creative work across digital channels.
- Maintain and reinforce client visual brand identity and tone, delivering a consistent experience across all client touchpoints
- Manage time effectively across multiple overlapping projects, from kickoff to handoff, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life and execute projects.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and design innovations, proactively applying new technologies, trends, and best practices to enhance creative output.

Preferred QualificationsKnowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly and confidently collaborate with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to present comps with articulation, demonstrate design thinking, and ensure creative brand alignment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Office, and Mac OS.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with ability to edit code.
- Solid understanding of design principles; familiarity with email and digital design best practices.
- Growth-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies, including AI-enabled design tools.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic environments and cross-functional settings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Education, Experience, and Certification: *
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Minimum 2 years working in an agency or internal design team environment.

Scope of Job:
- No direct reports; may provide occasional guidance to associates.
- Generally consistent workweek, with occasional evening or weekend needs.
- Errors typically caught quickly with limited cost exposure.
- Regular, frequent contact with internal and external partners.
