Primary Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design:
- Design and execution of visual assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns
- Create cohesive style guides, and impactful marketing collateral aligned with established brand guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand strategy
- Video Animation & Editing:
- Conceptualize, storyboard, animate, and edit compelling videos for marketing initiatives, event coverage, and social media campaigns
- Produce motion graphics, explainer videos, and promotional content using tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other animation software
- Manage end-to-end video production including scripting, voiceovers, sound design, and post-production
- Optimize video content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites

Core Skills & Tools:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Animation & Motion Graphics: 2D/3D animation using Cinema 4D, Blender
- Design Expertise: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Video Production: Advanced editing, post-production, and sound design capabilities
- Digital Marketing Awareness: Understanding of trends, audience behavior, and content optimization strategies
- Project Management: Excellent communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video production
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of design and animation projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AR/VR content creation
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design integration
- Knowledge of brand strategy and campaign development
