Overview
- We are looking for a Design Producer to manage team intake requests, team capacity, and help the team prioritize, develop work back schedules.
- Possess design sensibility to look at something and know when it’s ready to bring to the team or not. The goal is to help the team be more proactive and less reactive.
- Work closely with product, engineering, user experience and business teams to make sure we are all marching toward the same goal.
- Manage roadmap of UX tasks, vision, and integrate with dev teams to do deliver results.
- Expert knowledge on E2E delivery.
Your background
- 7+ years of design project or program management experience within a product design organization, with experience working across accessibility, content design, engineering, product design, product management, and user experience research disciplines.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with and developing and presenting materials to stakeholders—including Director and VP-level senior leadership.
- A proven track record of partnering across a wide array of internal business groups, external marketing agencies, executive stakeholders and execution partners.
