Job Summary

The Demonstration Specialist is responsible for showcasing and promoting products and services through live demonstrations. The Demonstration Specialist, is a critical function for promoting and educating customers about products and services. The portfolio of solutions aims to elevate the entire radiology workflow by creating an efficient and seamless process when adopting products.  As the Demonstration Specialist, the goal is to create a positive and engaging experience that drives customer interest and sales.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Customer Solution Presentations & Sales Engagements

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Deep Health products, including capabilities, configurations, integrations, and new or upcoming functionality relevant to customer engagements.

  • Develop and maintain reusable sales enablement materials, including presentation scripts, workflow scenarios, FAQs, and supporting content.

  • Partner with Sales to support customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, workflow assessments, and solution discussions.

  • Clearly communicate clinical workflows, technology capabilities, and solution value to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.

  • Translate complex clinical and technical concepts into customer-focused solutions for presentations.

  • Contribute to RFP responses, site visits, and customer-specific demonstrations.

Technology & Product Collaboration

  • Assist with configuring, validating, and maintaining demonstration environments, including representative workflows, test data, integrations, and other elements required to support reliable customer demonstrations.

  • Proficient in the knowledge of healthcare IT, including PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, integrations, interoperability, APIs, and cloud technologies.

  • Translate clinical requirements into actionable feedback for product, engineering, and implementation teams.

  • Collaborate on troubleshooting workflow, integration, and usability issues.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies including AI, analytics, automation, and workflow optimization tools.

  • Support product validation, implementations, training, and customer feedback initiatives.

Clinical Workflow & Expertise

  • Serve as a clinical resource for cross-sectional and mammography imaging workflows.

  • Understand and evaluate end-to-end radiology workflows, including image acquisition, PACS/RIS, reporting, and results communication.

  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, clinical leaders, informatics, and IT teams to identify workflow challenges and improvement opportunities.

  • Assess how technology, automation, and AI can enhance efficiency, and the quality of the radiologist’s experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Clinical radiology experience with strong knowledge of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows.

  • Understanding of radiology operations, healthcare IT systems, and imaging informatics.

  • Experience with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, reporting, or related clinical systems.

  • Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.

  • Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to engage effectively with clinical, technical, and executive audiences.

  • Comfortable in customer-facing environments and adapting to evolving technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a radiologic technologist, clinical applications specialist, PACS/RIS analyst, imaging informatics specialist, or related vendor role.

  • Knowledgeable with radiology technology implementations and deployments.

  • Exposure to AI-enabled radiology solutions and cloud-based healthcare platforms.

  • Experience supporting sales, customer success, product development, or implementation activities.

Success in this role means becoming a trusted partner across Clinical, Sales, Product, and Technology teams by identifying workflow challenges, aligning technology with clinical needs, and effectively communicating our value to customers and stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks clinically, is comfortable with IT and healthcare technology, and can confidently present and demonstrate solutions alongside the Sales team. The individual should be passionate about solving complex workflow challenges and using technology to improve the practice of radiology.

  • Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.

  • Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.

  • Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

Working Environment

Remote setting with the requirement to travel less than 25%.

Salary range is $120,000 to $130,000 dependent upon experience.
