Our AI-powered market and competitive intelligence platform empowers organizations to centralize intelligence, enhance collaboration, and uncover strategic opportunities that fuel innovation and growth.

We believe enterprise marketing should be as data-driven as it is creative, grounded in precision, but built with heart. As our new Demand Generation Manager, you’ll own the full demand engine from strategy to execution, designing and orchestrating campaigns that generate pipeline, attract new customers, and expand our footprint within existing enterprise accounts.

You’ll be the driving force behind our go-to-market motion, building and running multi-channel campaigns that engage prospects across email, events, partnerships, and digital channels. You’ll blend creativity and analytics to build programs that convert attention into action.

This is a hands-on role for a strategic doer, someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, systems, and results.

What You’ll Do:
Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, ABM, paid media, events, and partnerships) from concept through reporting.
  • Drive new logo acquisition while also deepening penetration within existing enterprise accounts by engaging new business units and stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end execution of virtual and live events, from concept and promotion through post-event follow-up and pipeline analysis.
  • Oversee third-party partnerships and publications, identifying co-marketing opportunities and lead generation platforms that drive high-quality pipeline.
  • Partner with sales and customer success to build targeted account-based marketing (ABM) programs that accelerate deal cycles and expansion.

Marketing Operations & Automation

  • Manage campaign workflows and automation across tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and related platforms.
  • Implement and maintain tracking, attribution, and lead scoring systems that ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI-driven tools and workflows to improve campaign efficiency and performance.

 Collaboration & Content Enablement

  • Partner with content and creative teams to develop campaign assets, event materials, and audience-specific messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales to build personalized outreach sequences and sales enablement assets aligned to demand gen initiatives.
  • Create compelling, conversion-oriented copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and event communications.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance across channels and report on lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to test, refine, and improve programs across messaging, audience segmentation, and channel mix.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure CRM accuracy to support revenue attribution and forecasting.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing automation, or campaign management.
  • Bachelors preferred, in lieu of Bachelors, we will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
  • Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, and event-based channels.
  • Deep familiarity with Marketing Automation and HubSpot, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and experience working closely with sales teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, you know how to tell a story that resonates.
  • Curious, adaptable, and AI-savvy, you’re always looking for ways to automate, scale, and optimize.
