YOUR IMPACT:
We are seeking a proactive and energetic Demand Generation Manager to support the development of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience with B2B marketing across channels and exposure to account-based marketing strategies.
Reporting into the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for:
- Drive the creation of lead generation campaigns that generate marketing qualified leads, new sales opportunities, and increased Mirakl awareness
- Develop integrated email nurture campaigns working closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist to ensure alignment across digital channels
- Demand generation program development and execution, including email nurture campaigns, webinars, and 3rd party programs.
- End-to-end development and execution of Mirakl-hosted webinars
- Collaborate closely with the sales team ensuring that demand generation strategies are effectively supporting pipeline development.
- Responsible for campaign setup and operations including: Hubspot, Salesforce, & 6Sense
- Support launch and distribution of new content marketing assets, press releases, and customer announcements
- Closely track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs
- Manage vendor relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in programs, preferably in a high tech environment
- Proven success in programs and project management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask under tight deadlines
- Detail oriented individual that takes initiative to define and improve processes
- Working knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce, & 6Sense
- Experience with marketing reporting
- Ability to travel when necessary; periodic international travel required (Paris)
Below you will find the reasonably estimated annual compensation range for this role. This range includes a base salary and, where applicable, a variable incentive (e.g.,bonus or commission) tied to the role. Your starting compensation within this range will be based on your relevant skills, and experience and education, with any future adjustments informed by role scope, performance, and internal pay equity.
