We’re seeking a passionate, strategic, and data-driven Demand Gen Manager, Regional to build and execute scalable demand generation programs that accelerate growth across priority regional markets. This role is pivotal in driving acquisition, awareness, and conversion through targeted, measurable, and regionally aligned marketing initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive Regional Demand Generation: Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing programs that generate awareness, demand, and qualified pipeline within assigned regions and priority states.

  • Accelerate Tier 1 State Growth: Develop and manage Supplemental Acquisition, Accelerated Demand, and Conversion Programs tailored for approximately 15 Tier 1 states—aligned to local market needs, buying cycles, and revenue priorities.

  • Build Scalable Digital Programs: Create scalable, digital-first campaigns that expand regional awareness and lead generation—supplementing and accelerating national marketing campaign and program efforts through localized execution.

  • Execute Regional Campaigns: Develop and manage initiatives such as:

    • Geo-targeted digital advertising

    • State-specific content syndication

    • Digital acquisition and re-engagement campaigns

    • Regionalized paid and organic search, email, and social media campaigns

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Regional Field Marketing and Content marketing teams as well as other critical go to market teams (i.e. field sales and sales leadership, product marketing, etc.) to ensure message alignment, brand consistency, and optimal funnel performance.

  • Funnel Optimization: Drive qualified contacts through the revenue funnel toward MQL/A/SQL status, using data insights to improve conversion and efficiency.

  • Reporting and Insights: Monitor campaign performance, examine pipeline contribution, track ROI, and share insights to inform ongoing strategy and prioritization.

  • Budget and Planning: Manage assigned demand generation budget and contribute to quarterly and annual Metrics, Strategy, and Planning (MSP) processes.

  • Project Management: Ensure timely delivery and execution across campaigns, managing multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 5–7 years of experience creating and executing demand generation programs, ideally within education technology or publishing

  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth through digital and multi-channel campaigns

  • Expertise in inbound and outbound marketing tactics: social media, search, digital advertising, email, webinars, and content marketing

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems (Eloqua preferred, but any experience is required)

  • Exceptional methodical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at tailoring messages to diverse audiences

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, self-starter mindset
