As the WHOOP Labs Study Coordinator, you will work alongside Hardware, Engineering, Soft Goods, and Data Science professionals to execute on the research requirements for algorithm training and design testing. The data that you collect is part of an ongoing effort to optimize product performance to empower our members and advance the WHOOP product. 

This position will be in-person at the WHOOP Labs space in Boston. Applicants must currently reside in Greater Boston Area in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively to design and execute testing protocols for research questions
• Implement a strategy for meeting collection targets
• Manage the use and upkeep of data collection equipment
• Maintain careful notes of all collection activities and study participants
• Organize and analyze data to be presented in multiple formats for audiences with a range of technical backgrounds
• Report research progress regularly and present on findings to department heads
• Reports to the Product Research and Validation Manager as a member of the broader WHOOP Labs team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Strong technological background and working knowledge of data management systems including Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a savvy for working closely with study participants
• Fitness background with strong local connections 
• Attention to detail a must
• Professional, timely, organized
• Currently located in the Greater Boston Area
