About the Role:


Teikametrics is looking for a business analyst with experience in payments and credit products to join our innovation team. This is a rare opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new venture with the potential to grow into a $100M+ business serving eCommerce sellers around the world. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills and the ability to ideate and collaborate with partners on future roadmap items including new services and technologies for our industry-leading retail optimization platform, Flywheel.


What you’ll be doing:


• Analyzing business health metrics for specific customers and customer subcategories of our worldwide customer database through spreadsheet and database tools

• Creating auto-generating reports with business metrics, rules-based filters, and recommendations 

• Working directly with customers to help them with new features and workflows 

• Using data to predict trends in the customer base and the consumer population as a whole

• Using tools and techniques to visualize data in easy-to-understand formats

• Collaborating with product teams regarding how to streamline customer-facing processes

• Creating documentation regarding manual processes for the purpose of automating and transitioning to an in-app experience.

• Designing and proposing solutions for problems discovered in customer workflows

• Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements

• Carrying out quality checks

• Preparing and delivering a report of their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment

Qualified Candidates Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organization, interpersonal, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills required. 
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.
  • Experience with data mining and analytical tools, including Sigma, Mode, Tableau
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • Requirements:

  • 5 years work experience as a business analyst in payments and credit role
