About the role
The Senior Manager of Territory Strategy and Analytics will be responsible for developing an effective territory management system driving program-focused analytics and processes to better the organization and drive sales velocity and productivity. An ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of being resourceful, a self-starter, and have a passion for innovation and change.
The Senior Manager of Territory Strategy and Analytics will be joining the Sales Operations Team within the Business Operations and Finance organization. The Sales Ops team is relied on by the entire organization for global reporting around historical sales performance, pipeline, and planning. Our overall objective as part of the Business and Finance Operations organization is to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal velocity, and enable our sales team to continue providing value to our customers in the most efficient way possible.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Develop and build a territory and account management system across our global sales teams to drive sales velocity and sales productivity.
- Consult with regional sales management to identify the highest potential accounts, ensure proper coverage and account allocation fairness.
- Provide insights regarding account distribution and penetration (i.e. moving accounts through the funnel from outbound prospecting to paying customer) within sales territories globally.
- Create and leverage internal and external tools and data sources to build models to help identify high-propensity accounts based on data points.
- Identify areas to improve sales processes and work with cross-functional groups to implement these improvements.
- Deliver analytics, dashboards, and reports to key stakeholders across sales, sales leadership, and sales operations.
- Involvement in many ad-hoc projects where you’ll be able to take ownership of different initiatives.
